Shipping:

After placing an order please allow 1-3 business days for processing time.

All online purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Flat Rate Shipping fee of $6.65.

Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 14 days of the invoice date, less any applicable shipping charges and because all our items are "handmade to order" a 15% purchase price restocking fee.  The merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.

Refunds: We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt of the item. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.

Incorrect or Defective Item: If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise was damaged or defective, please send an email to olayosk@gmail.com.

Repairs:  Please send an email to olayosk@gmail.com.- we offer a life-time warranty on the repair of any broken string or pull cord clasp.  You pay shipping to return it and we will pay shipping to send it back to you.
